The staff were very kind and accommodating. Family oriented staff who care about the conditions of the property. I had one of the kitchen burners go out on the stove and they literally came and replaced the entire stove the next morning. It was very clean and peaceful. The location was perfect and near everything I needed. We had a car, but I also used Uber and it was never expensive due to the proximity to all the attractions. It feels like a home away from home in between a quiet residential neighborhood and the hustle and bustle of Cooper Street.

The facility with clean it was not scary and it had a lot s of food places around. And the facility had a cooktop a larger refrigerator and a microwave very nice. I will be staying there the next time I'm in Dallas.
